Victor Costa coming through with the pleats and the drama as usual 😎 Crisp shimmery gray taffeta with tailored puff shoulder sleeves and great scoop neck trimmed with layers of crinkled pleated ruffles. So good. Extra long sash (removable) to tie at the waist - or switch out for a cool belt. And most amazing of all, pockets hidden in the sideseams. From label Victor Costa, circa 1970s.
