Bill Blass Silver Bells Pleat Dress XS-M

Literally light up the knit with this sparkly silver knit number. Clingy cut hugs curves all the way down to the low hip, then kicks out with a layer of bouncy accordion pleats around the hem. Kept comfy with lots of stretch, but fun with lots of shine. From label Bill Blass, circa 1980s.
