Sapphire Velvet Ruffle Back Dress XS/S

Theatrical vintage deep blue velvet dress with a high neckline, closely fitted bodice and lower cut back that will delight! The back has a thick ruffle that trails down a fixed pleat to the hem, and bow detail over the closure. No labels, very nicely made, circa 1960s.
