Just a touch dramatic vintage cocktail dress sporting a fitted bustier style top in metallic tapestry fabric, over a fitted soft velvet pencil skirt. Golden brocade trim along the peplum line for extra panache. From label Scott McClintock Dresses, made in USA, circa 1980s/90s.
