Party time excellent vintage dress! We just love this ultra dramatic black velvet and crisp white taffeta ruffle moment. Featuring a bustier style sweetheart bodice with criss cross straps in back, asymmetrical gathering along the hip and mega bow on the side. From label Laura Winston, made in USA, circa 1980s.
