Midnight Velvet Puff Sleeve Dress S/M

Lush deep navy blue velvet puff sleeve dress with a bombshell nipped in fit, slim cut hip, princess seam tailoring, and extra gathering at the voluminous banded sleeves. Lovely hue and texture. Would look so great with a delicate metal belt! No labels, looks handmade but very well made, circa 1970s/80s.
