Pleated Tulip Skirt M/L

Tulips are always a good idea. Vintage tightly pleated floral skirt with happy red and blue tulip buds flying around on a swiss dot base. Simple and swishy, and great base for a full-on spring/summer look. By label Andrea Gayle, made in USA, circa 1980s.
