Garden Floral Peplum Blouse XS/S

 Sweet as can be vintage multi-floral blouse with tie keyhole neckline, puffy sleeves and nipped in stretchy waist for a lopvely peplum effect. The ivy and peach print has a great mix of blooms, dots and stripes. No labels, circa 1970s.
