Lovely soft flutter dress with a nod to the 1930s. Ruffled collar, short soft puff sleeves, angled waistline and bias cut flared swingy skirt. The print is all Nineties though, in cartoony abstract ditsy flowers on subtle flourishing jacquard weave. From Nicole Miller Collection, circa 1990s.
