One of those perfect Nineties pieces... High waisted silk skirt with serene bamboo print and subtle twill-y texture. Short enough to feel extra summery, but long enough to feel covered. Wrap style with double buttons (extra ones included) and overlap panel in front. By Tommy Bahama, made in China, circa 1990s.
