Airiest cotton frock in a lovely lavender peony and possibly dogwood floral pattern. Very full tented flare shape from a slightly more fitted bodice sporting a scalloped sailor collar with tie underneath, fabric covered buttons, epic gathering in the back and cropped balloon sleeves.
