Carol bringing fit and flare perfection. Crisp moody robust peony floral patterned dress with a dramatic angular neckline, strong padded cap sleeves and very full tea length skirt with pockets for the win. By label Carol Anderson, made in USA, circa 1980s.

• Buttons all the way down, hook at waist
• Great condition, very light fade to the fabric but looks "antiqued", a couple buttons are replacements but all present
