Golden Seersucker Puff Sleeve Ruffle Gown XS

Utterly amazing late 60s does 30s full length marigold sunset stripe gown in crinkly seersucker-like cotton. Perfectly proportioned with puff sleeves and adorable ruffle bib style neckline on a snug fitted bodice with a tie at the waist to cinch further. The maxi length skirt skims the hips with a flattering angled stripe pattern and flares out to the hem, accented by a unique sculptural swagged ruffle band. In bright sunshine yellow, golden honey, and juicy tangerine variated stripes, this is a truly special piece ready for its moment in the sun. By label Monisha Creations, made in India circa late 1960s.
