Charming ruffled gown in cheerful saturated primary colors. Gathered tiers of scarlet, marigold, and navy create a fun, voluminous silhouette with darling full puff sleeves to match. Elastic at the neckline allows it to be worn on or off the shoulder -- try adding a wide belt in white or another contrasting color. By label CMC, circa 1960s/70s.
