Feather Print Blouse XS/S

Awesome feather print top with light khaki base, mini collar, short banded cap-esque sleeves with a seamline along the shoulder and dolman style arm. Placket covered buttons down the front. Great print with rich red, yellow, greem and purple feathered and tribal style motifs floating about. Looks great tucked in or tied up at the waist!  Union label, circa 1970s/80s.
