Floaty and fab soft rainbow polka dot chiffon mini dress (or cover up) with happy  colorful circles all over the sheer black base. Easy throw on and go style featuring a low cut neckline with ties, ruffled sleeves, stretchy waist for a hint of shape, and a curved hemline.
