Perfection. Sharp knife pleats cascading from a nipped in waistband, down to a voluminous midi length, all in cool sleek taffeta that will most certainly swish when you strut. Topped off with a soft airy tulle underlayer for a hint of extra volume. Union label, made in USA, circa 1980s.
