Lovely draped sheer ivory blouse with tiny metallic striping in the mix, billowing sleeves and nipped in elasticized waist over flirty flared peplum hem. Built-in scoop neck camisole underneath to take the hassle out of layering. By label Cinnamon Stick of California, made in USA, circa 1980s.
