Funky novelty print shirtwaist dress with white buckle diagrams all over the balck base. Cool and funky vibes with a splayed pointy collar, attached ties at the waist to cinch in, and a semi-fitted skirt. All in a neat black and white graphic pattern. No maker label, just a care tag. Circa 1970s.
