Y2K Celebration Top M/L

Party like it's 1999! Vintage embellished top with swirls of glistening black beads on thin black silk chiffon and an amazingly bold popping champagne bottle spitting out a colorful confetti sequin design. Short sleeve style is fully lined and has sizable shoulderpads which are easily removed for a more slouchy silhouette. Great for New Years, but also just for general nostalgia! By Papéll Boutique, made in India, circa 1999.

• Good condition, there are some missing beads/sequins, but it doesn't detract from the overall effect
