Chunky ivory toned celluloid kisslock closure and hinge frame with funky chain link strap, all supporting a flexible white metal chain maille/mesh body. Roomy-ish interior has a small slip pocket inside the navy blue grosgrain lining. From label Whiting and Davis Co. Bags, made in USA.
