Weekend at the Country Flare Dress S

Sweet puff sleeve flare dress with a muted indigo geometric print and bits of country flare. Ric rac trim around the cuffs and waistline, matte white bauble buttons down the bodice. No labels, homemade and very well made, looks circa 1970s/80s, maybe earlier.
