This breezy floral midi dress is the perfect transitional piece. Blousey at the bodice with 3/4 length puffed sleeves, tied keyhole neckline and a voluminous flared midi length skirt with a flirty ruffled hem. She's a stunner. Likely homemade in a beautiful pansy printed voile in shades of mustard, scarlet, lilac, and sky, pairing nicely with black, ivory, or all shades of brown/maroon -- add a wide belt at the waist and knee high boots for an early fall look or keep it simple with sandals or sneakers.
