Vicki Tiered Party Dress L

This dress is a party in and of itself! Electric blue butterfly and tropical floral print cotton is popping off with structured puff sleeves, scooped back, fitted bodice down to a dropped waist and voluminous double tiered skirt. Go on! By label "Go Vicki!", made in USA, circa 1980s.
