This dress brings us right back to 1995. A true vibe. Very Clerks/Mallrats! Soft geo dot pattern in burgundy and olive, clinging curves from the collared v-neck and faux pocket flaps to the ever so lightly flared mini skirt. By label Urban Vibe, circa 1990s.
