Under The Sea Silk Skirt M

This outfit is giving Lisa Frank meets The Little Mermaid. In a positively electric aquatic wonderland print featuring various fish, shells and coral in hot magenta pink, fire red, electric turquoise, sunshine yellow and rich cobalt on a deep orange silk base. The fitted pencil cut skirt has an overlapping swag panel that ties at the side, plus a short slit in back for some extra movement. By label Ann May, made in China, circa 1990s.
