Dark and moody but also fantastical vintage 1970s floral print dress with high collar, slightly puffed elastic cuff sleeves, fitted waist and full pleated skirt. The fabric is sheer and a dream to layer. Dress comes with a braided rope tassel tie to cinch at the waist or wear as a necklace. No labels.
