Turtle party! Vintage cotton pleated full skirt with slow moving cheerful turtles all about in olive green, teal and grape purple on an ecru/off-white base. No labels, well made, circa 1960s.

• Cotton, midweight and soft but sturdy with structure
• Unlined, opaque
• Inner and outer button closure at side
• Great condition, subtle spotty area on fabric from printing process (see last pic), no other flaws
