Tourmaline Taffeta Party Dress XS

Bring on the party! This metallic turquoise taffeta dress is ready for the spotlight and desperate for a twirl. The ultrafitted boned bodice has a sweetheart neckline and ruching to highlight the shine of the material and create a super flattering, tight fit. A drop waist style, it flares out dramatically from the high hip to a very full, swishy midi length skirt with a tulle underskirt for tons of volume and a fun rose appliqué on the hip.
