Taffeta Ribbon Circle Skirt M

We love a circle skirt! Crisp taffeta flare decked out with variating flocked stripes and a stretchy velvet waistband. Stiff but light material is perfect for layering but will also hold a nice shape worn solo. The fabric loops inside are signed "Smart Set Sportswear", skirt appears homemade and well made, circa 1950s/60s.
