Ultra chill soft rayon romper with bullseye motifs all over (from afar they looked like swirls 🙃) Easy fit but with a hint of shape thanks to the tailored shoulders/sleeves and princess seams leading to pleats at the swishy shorts. By label Ulterior Motives (haha), made in India, circa 1990s.
