Starina Moody Floral Dress S/M

Dreamy dark floral rayon draped tea dress with slight cap sleeves, princess seam cut bodice and ultra flowy flared skirt hem. Rich painterly flower print has pops of rose pink, violet blue, marigold and ivy green on a black background. By label Starina, made in India, circa 1980s/early 1990s.
