Fun little novelty print kerchief scarf with a drawn print of flatware table settings all lined up! The soft silk chiffon has a scallop lace print on the brown and muted teal border, hand stitched edge and small square shape - such a cute little neck tie, perfect for a picnic!! Circa 1940s/50s.
