Sheer Flutter Dress XS/S

Easy and flattering sheer 70s dress with a flouncey capelet style neckline, dainty ties at the shoulders and a nipped in waist silhouette with two long strings to cinch (or pair with a cool belt!). Floaty dark floral has tones of lavender, cream, buttercup yellow, and cherry red that keep it from being too heavy. By label Route One, circa 1970s.
