Seafoam Folk Flapper Dress XS

So unique! This dropwaist midi dress has a column style cut, squared neckline with thin tank straps, ditsy folk style floral embroidery, and a dramatically long swishy fringe hem. The soft seafoam green weave is accented with petal pink trim and white lace as well as a multicolored garden bed of embroidery on the skirt. A fun and funky piece, it's party perfection when paired with a heeled sandal and an updo, it would also be very cool dressed down with cowboy boots and a denim jacket -- try layering it over a white baby tee. No labels, likely handmade circa 1970s.
