Scottish Blue Kilt Skirt XS

Always fun vintage woolen plaid kilt style skirt with all the features - crisp pleats in back, fringe along the front panel and leather buckle closures at the side. All in a lovely sky blue, red and olive palette. By label Moffat Weavers, made in Scotland, circa 1970s/80s.
