Technicolor flower power patterned skirt with dancing blooms all across the striped fabric, gathered from a high wide waistband and skimming the ankle. Nicely made and super soft (and super bright!), with one side pocket and asymmetrical off-set fabric covered buttons in front. Saks Fifth Avenue label, circa 1960s.
