Rust Hooded Tie Dress XS/S

Pumpkin spice and everything nice vintage 1970s #polybutgreat bohemian witchy number with extra large draped hood, 4 ties down the bodice (with panel behind the opening), slightly gathered puff at the shoulders and flared a-line hem. Amazing color and fun design. By label Phase II California, circa 1970s (duh)

• Poly, medium weight & stretchy
• Unlined, opaque
• Ties at bodice
• Good condition, the waistband elastic is stretched and has some loose stitching. More stitching has come a little bit undone on the hem and cuffs. Awesome piece but not the *highest* quality we've seen from the 70s ;)
