Ruffled Taffeta Stripe Dress XS-S

Drama day to night dress with rich jewltone striping, contrasting teal ruffles at the collar, placket and tapered sleeve cuffs. Light and soft taffeta style fabric for a nice drape, but also a slight swishy crisp feel. From label Act I of New York, circa late 1970s/early 1980s.
