Ruched Plaid Flutter Dress XS/S

Absolutely magnificent violet and teal tone plaid dress with a flattering dramatic cut. Low v-neckline in front & back, fluttered sleeves, wide ruched bodice defining the waistline, and voluminous twirling skirt to a tea length hemline. No labels, looks custom made, very good quality, circa 1980s.
