Ruby Leather Brass Medallion Waist Belt

An ideal waist cinched. Deep red leather waist belt has a chunky brass buckle resembling lips (love!) and almond shaped brass medallions along the body, atop larger almond shaped patches. Wide body and very thick yet pliable, with 3 holes for adjusting. Signed on the smooth leather interior, dated '75.
