Float ON. Absolutely perfect vintage 1960s flared maxi dress with a beautiful back filled with volume and drama. Wide pleats create a cape like effect below a scooped back and long zipper in the center. High neckline in front and lovely tonal purple and violet oversized hibiscus floral print.
