Double patterned rayon chiffon tea skirt with in a fully reversible style - one side is a rich ruby red and violet floral (love!) and the other side is a more subdued pastel watercolor floral pattern. The skirt has a stretchy waistband with flat front and high slit up the left leg. By label Sarah Arizona, made in India, circa 1990s.
