Puff Sleeve Utility Dress L/XL

Easy going and quite versatile vintage flared shirtdress with awesome puffed sleeves and contrast red piping along the banded cuffs and up the shoulder line. Dress also features a notched collar leading to matching glossy khaki buttons all the way down, a small welt chest pocket and roomy patch pockets on the very full flowy skirt. The stretchy waist is comfy and just waiting for it's perfect cinching waistbelt! No labels, well made, circa 1980s.
