Hello fabulousness! Vintage 1960s party ready high neck flyaway maxi dress or tunic. With a trippy colorful pattern and super high center slit topped with a fancy gold cord and silver bead embellishment. Meant to be worn with tight pants or shorts underneath. The fabric selvedge is stamped "French fabrics division of Guilford Mills".
