Poppy Vine Blouse S/M

Sophisticated but fun poppy hue blouse decorated in a whimsical small vine print. Gathered mock neck, roomy cuffed sleeves and sweet petite orange buttons down the back. This could also be worn back to front. No maker label, well made, circa 1970s/80s.
