Pop Floral Hippie Dress S-L

Graphic color block in a vintage folksy floral pattern. Vintage cobalt and ruby two tone design has subtle pops of green and mustard in the fuller pattern border around the wide cuffs and maxi hemline. Fun high empire waistline, perfect for adding a sweet belt. Super soft fabric and nice flow. Can be worn in multiple seasons. Can also be worn on or off the shoulder. No labels, possibly handmade, circa 1960s/70s.
