Polka Dot Ruffle Blouse M/L

Larger than life vintage polka dot magic with crisp ruffled organza collar and cuffs, buttons down the back and really cool fabric woven with soft sheer/matte striping. Such a fun wear. Boxy straight fit with fitted sleeves, can also work tucked in or knotted in back. The fabric is stamped "an original design by Wamsutta Mills", circa 1960s/70s.
