Pleated Wallpaper Blouse S/M

Statement 1970s top with radiant micro pleated trumpet cuffs and jester style textured drape collar. Folksy paisley floral design has warm rust, coral, tan and pops of slate blue, along with a slight sheen. The buttons are down the back, but the top could possibly be worn the other way around too. No labels, well made, circa 1970s.
