Cheerful vintage plaid print #polybutgreat dress with a ruffled neckline, matte white pop buttons all the way down, and a kicky flared hemline. Vibrant rust, indigo and gold palette make this a great piece for all seasons, just layer with tights and boots when it's cold. No maker label, circa 1970s.
